The solution
I created one dashboard that brings the data together and shows the current Saudization rate, required targets, gaps, risk areas, and upcoming decisions. It also makes it easier to compare performance across companies, establishments, and professions.
My role
I worked on the project from the data side all the way to the final dashboard. I prepared and organized the data, built the calculations and logic, designed the pages and visuals, and tested the results to make sure everything was working correctly.
